Females of any age and independently active older adults male and female. A free consultation is offered to everyone which will help to understand what your goals are, to create a customised training programme that suits your body and a routine that you’re happy and comfortable with.
The consultation usually takes around 45 minutes, a free consultation that includes a health, dietary and lifestyle analysis. It gives the opportunity to talk about your goals and objectives in order to obtain the information required to create a customised training programme for you. It also helps to understand what exercises work best for you and what you’re most comfortable with. If you wish, we can also carry out some measurements and fitness tests so we can monitor progress.
Your consultation can take place either at the private studio in Bookham or at a place of your choice, such as your home.

All clients must complete a PAR-Q before commencing any exercise programme. This is a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire which will be carried out in your free consultation session, it will help to identify any health restrictions. If you do have health restrictions, we may require a letter of medical clearance from your GP before we begin your training sessions. Of course, all client information will be kept strictly private and confidential.
Training can take place in the private studio in Bookham, or at a place of your choice such as your home or a park.
Clothes should be fit for purpose, comfortable and non-restrictive. Footwear should also be comfortable and provide adequate support.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for all appointments, so your session can be reallocated. Notice of less than 24 hours will incur full payment of the session fee. To cancel please either phone, text or email asap.

A training programme is developed for each client, tailored toward their wishes and enabling them to reach their goals.
The main types of training covered are weight loss, strength & conditioning, core, flexibility and functional training.
We carry out all kinds of different exercises, we will only do the exercises that you feel comfortable doing. We will find a training programme that you’re happy with and that you’ll stick to in order to reach your goal.

We accept most major credit, debit cards and contactless payments. You can also pay via a bank transfer or in cash. For a one-off session you can pay on the day; for one of the packages or block bookings, you will need to either pay in full or for a minimum of 6 weeks' sessions in advance before you start in order to secure the discounted rates.
Monies paid in advance for packages are non-refundable.
The purpose of a personal trainer is to provide a specific programme based on underpinning expert knowledge. Each client has an initial consultation discussing barriers, objectives and goals in preparation to beginning training.
The barriers to achieving your goals are just as important, so we can identify these and look at ways at overcoming them.
It is our job to both advise and motivate you to maintain your full commitment to the programme and to continually adapt and progress your programme to keep you interested and focused on achieving your goals.
Yes. We offer one-to-one training, pairs or group sessions. Whether it’s working out as a couple or bringing up to two friends we have the package to suit you. Check out our Services Page for more detail.
